More about the role
As a Client Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer-centric media plans that meet client objectives and contribute to our annual revenue targets. You’ll work closely with trading and supplier partners to understand their goals, crafting multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results across Argos’s extensive digital and in-store platforms. Day-to-day, you’ll manage and grow key client and commercial relationships, acting as an advocate for the Nectar360 Argos Client Services team and communicating our vision both internally and externally.
You’ll become an expert in your clients’ categories, aligning with commercial teams to shape insight-driven recommendations and identify new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include presenting to internal teams, external suppliers, and agencies, as well as spotting emerging media trends and business opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.

Essential criteria
- Proven experience in marketing, digital, or commercial environments, ideally in fast-paced settings.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering plans on time.
- Advanced analytical and numerical ability, including proficiency in Excel.
- Creative thinker with a customer and commercial focus to develop effective media plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities aligned to client objectives.
