About the teamJoin Nectar360’s Digital Media team, a dynamic and growing division within Sainsbury’s Group. We’re at the forefront of retail media innovation, leveraging data and technology to deliver impactful campaigns for some of the UK’s most loved brands. With significant investment in our Digital Trading Platform (DTP) and the upcoming launch of our unified retail media platform, Pollen, this is an exciting time to be part of a team shaping the future of digital advertising.
More about the roleAs a Digital Trader, you’ll play a key role in executing programmatic campaigns across our purpose built Digital Trading Platform. You’ll manage campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across integrated channels including DV360, Meta, and The TradeDesk. Working closely with our Senior Digital Trader, you’ll contribute to process improvements and delivery of new initiatives. This role is hands-on and pivotal to delivering high-quality campaigns that drive revenue and client satisfaction.
More about youYou’re passionate about digital media and have proven experience in programmatic trading, ideally gained in a media agency, ad tech platform, or brand-side trading team. You have comprehensive knowledge of digital media and advertising operations industry including media buying and reporting. Analytical and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders will set you up for success in this role.
Essential criteria- Proven experience in programmatic digital media trading.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the major DSPs or programmatic trading platforms such as DV360, The TradeDesk, AppNexus, Meta, etc.
- Ability to optimise campaigns using advanced targeting and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.
