What you'll do
As an Influencer Associate at Sainsbury's in the Digital Marketing division, you will play a key role in supporting the Influencer Lead to manage the Tu Clothing influencer programme. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with creators and influencers to publish content across social channels in alignment with the brand strategy, owning the influencer calendar to coordinate content utilisation for paid media, and providing community management on influencer content while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will attend events, track and measure influencer activity, and engage in competitor analysis and reporting to optimise the effectiveness of the influencer programme. Your deep understanding of social media, experience in working with digital media agencies, and passion for staying current with social media trends will be essential as you navigate this dynamic and creative role.
Who you are
As an Influencer Associate for Sainsbury's Tu Clothing, you are a dynamic and creative individual with a deep understanding of social media and a passion for engaging with influencers and creators to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. With excellent project management skills and experience in working with digital media agencies, you are adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and strategy. Your enthusiasm for social media trends, strong organisational skills, and ability to make informed decisions regarding influencer partnerships and content approval make you a valuable asset to the Digital Marketing team in enhancing Tu Clothing's influencer programme.
Essential criteria
- Experience working with digital media, creative or influencer agencies.
- Experience of social media tools and platforms (e.g. Sprout).
- Experience in paid-social.
- Experience of fashion.
