What you'll do
As the Digital Marketing Associate for Display & Paid Social at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and continuous improvement of the digital marketing programme across display, social, programmatic, VOD, and mobile media. Your responsibilities will include project managing the delivery of campaigns, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure best-in-class media campaigns, optimising and measuring campaign performance, and managing budgets to drive commercial impact. By employing a test & learn approach, you will aid in evolving our media programmes and developing digital creative that aligns with customer goals and category plans. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to plan and deliver a pipeline of media projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to budget, and drive continuous growth and performance.
Who you are
As a Digital Marketing Associate for Sainsbury's, you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to become an expert in the field. With a customer-centric approach and a keen eye for excellent creative, you thrive on using data-driven insights to optimise digital campaigns and make informed decisions. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment demonstrates your proactive attitude and commitment to delivering impactful results in the dynamic world of digital marketing.
Essential criteria
- Knowledge and practical experience in a range of Social platforms
- Experience in manipulating data, with a strong grasp of intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
- Experience on how to use marketing insights to make media choices.
- Experience in the principles of Ecommerce and how paid channels can be used to drive demand.
- Experience of managing paid social, display and programmatic media campaigns, and working with digital media agencies.
- Experience at managing budgets.
