We’d all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance. That’s waiting for you at Sainsbury’s. Everything our Nectar team does is powered and fuelled by data — and by great relationships with some of the UK’s favourite brands. The Nectar 360 team focuses on developing loyalty programmes, turning amazing data into something that makes a difference, traditional media and digital. It’s like an agency-within-a-retailer, and retail media is crucial. The culture might not be what you expect either, because there’s no set-up quite like this one. The team is a real priority because it’s connected to everything the business does and drives profitability. It’s where you can take risks, learn from them and be recognised.

About the team

Joining Nectar360 means being part of a dynamic and innovative agency that combines loyalty, insights, and media services to create impactful customer experiences for some of the UK's biggest brands. In an energetic and collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Argos general merchandise suppliers, delivering targeted and inspiring campaigns that drive interest, awareness, and sales.

More about the role

As a Campaign Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, meeting client and customer objectives. You will support the Senior Campaign Delivery Manager in leading activations across specific product categories and managing media channels. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams across Nectar360, Argos, and Sainsbury’s, as well as external stakeholders including clients, creative agencies, and media owners. You will contribute to strategic projects such as programmatic rollout, digitisation of stores, and process enhancements.

More about you

You will bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. A background in delivering customer and in-store communication channels is essential, and experience within FMCG or Retail Media will be advantageous. You should be confident in project management, communication, and negotiation, with a collaborative approach and a passion for driving results.

Essential criteria

  • Experience of delivering customer, digital and in-store communication channels
  • Understanding of Retail Media landscape and data-driven strategies
  • Demonstratable experience of project management and communication skills
