More about the roleAs Senior Campaign Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of up to four, overseeing campaign activations for key clients within Argos. You’ll manage a portfolio of media channels (Onsite, Offsite, Instore), ensuring flawless execution and driving innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Nectar360, Argos, and Sainsbury’s teams, as well as external agencies and media owners, to deliver market-leading campaigns. This role also involves owning commercials, improving processes, and supporting strategic projects such as system integrations and new channel launches.
More about youYou are a proactive leader with strong commercial and media expertise. You excel at managing stakeholders, coaching teams, and delivering complex projects. You bring excellent organisational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Flexibility and collaboration are key, as you’ll balance remote and in-office work while driving results.
Essential criteria- Proven experience in planning, buying, and delivering media campaigns.
- People management skills with experience leading teams.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Proficiency in managing commercial aspects, including profit margins and budgets.
