As our Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, you’ll join an established Centre of Excellence within our People team - a team that has spent the last 15 months building strong foundations and is now focused on scaling impact, maturity, and consistency across the business.

Your work will be seen, felt, and measured - whether shaping attraction strategies for Retail & Logistics talent or Professional & Tech specialists. This is a role with real ownership: trusted as a subject-matter expert, empowered to influence strategy, challenge thinking, and elevate how our employer brand shows up in the market for one of the UK’s biggest retailers.
What you'll do
Acting as a central player in shaping and activating our employer brand, you’ll translate strategy into recruitment marketing activity that genuinely supports business demand. Responsibility includes leading attraction for either Professional & Tech roles or Retail & Logistics hiring - owning campaigns from brief through to delivery and optimisation.
Collaboration is key. Working closely with the Employer Brand & Attraction Manager and recruitment teams, you’ll provide day-to-day guidance across LinkedIn strategy, paid media, and attraction tools - helping teams to make informed decisions that deliver high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines while balancing pace, quality, and inclusion.
Campaign delivery sits at the heart of this role, combining insight, creativity, and channel expertise to reach the right audiences. You’ll use data and performance insight to understand what’s working, where improvements can be made, and how recruitment marketing investment can be better targeted to maximise impact and return.
As our employer value proposition takes shape, this is an exciting phase of building and activating our employer brand. You’ll help translate the EVP into real, tangible experiences for candidates and colleagues, bringing it to life consistently and credibly across all touchpoints. With oversight of content across careers websites and social channels, there’s real opportunity to strengthen our presence and explore innovative ways to connect with talent.
Strong relationships with external partners and suppliers underpin this work, ensuring attraction approaches remain effective, inclusive, and forward-looking - supporting both immediate hiring needs and longer-term employer brand growth.
What’s essential?
- Experience in or a solid understanding of employer brand and recruitment marketing, able to translate strategy and problem statements into effective attraction activity
- Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, from brief through to delivery and optimisation
- Confidence partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing guidance on channels, paid media and attraction tools
- Strong understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn and digital attraction channels, including paid media
- Ability to use data and performance insight to evaluate impact, improve performance and guide investment decisions
- Experience translating an employer value proposition into an compellig multiple touchpoints and channels
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working with external partners and suppliers
