With a strong focus on continuous improvement and commercial acumen, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving change and delivering excellence in financial and operational outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrable financial analysis for decision‑making; Evidence of analysing and interpreting financial and large sets of operational data to inform business decisions and influence financial performance</li> <li>Demonstrable experience of using appropriate systemic tools to review and enhance data including Power BI, SQ and Alteryx (Snowflake is desirable)</li> <li>Effective stakeholder communication at senior level; Proven ability to present financial information clearly in written and verbal formats and to constructively challenge senior stakeholders with varying levels of financial understanding</li> <li>Commercial understanding of business drivers; Demonstrated capability to identify and evaluate key commercial and operational drivers, linking upstream and downstream activity to financial outcomes</li> <li>Delivery of change in dynamic environments; Evidence of leading or contributing to change initiatives, while prioritising workload and managing multiple stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-MY1</p>
