More about the role
As Finance Manager for Nectar360, you will act as a strategic business partner to the commercial teams, providing analysis, insight and financial recommendations that drive improved outcomes across revenue, income, ROI and cost performance. You’ll help shape the 5-year plan, support in‑year budgeting and forecasting, and interpret management reporting to guide stakeholders with clear and actionable commentary.
The role business partners one of the three key pillars of the Nectar360 business supporting our growing Nectar coalition scheme which is the UK’s largest and most engaged with (including Sainsbury’s, Argos, Esso, Amex, Avios and Marriott). You will be building business cases, supporting post-implementation reviews, identifying risks and opportunities, and performing bespoke financial analysis to support projects or new business opportunities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Digital and Tech teams, and contribute to the continuous simplification of how we operate—streamlining processes and enhancing ways of working.

Essential criteria
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with demonstrable post-qualification experience in either retail, retail media or loyalty sectors.
- Experience of ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning
- Evidence of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight, with examples of influencing decision-making across finance and broader business stakeholders
- Demonstrated maintenance of strong financial controls and a passion to drive continuous improvement.
