What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a large team at the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to follow rigorous processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Focus on customer satisfaction metrics and make decisions to ensure exemplary service.
- Communicate and collaborate between the business and your diverse, energetic team daily.
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting the right time, quantity, quality, and cost requirements.
- Coach and develop your team, driving a culture of change and continuous improvement while adhering to relevant legislation and safety processes.

- Energetic and resilient manager with experience in managing complex warehouse environments.
- Customer-focused background in industries like General Merchandise, Logistics, or Retail, with a firm understanding of managing a large fleet.
- Agile mindset to remain calm under pressure, lead the team through challenges, and maintain excellence.
- Versatile in following processes and switching between multiple tasks, knowing when to roll up your sleeves and when to delegate.
