About the team
Our Transformation team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. We take company-wide strategy and translate it into meaningful, high-impact programmes of work that create better experiences for our customers and stronger outcomes for our colleagues.
Working collaboratively with teams across the organisation, we accelerate change, drive innovation, and ensure our business is set up to compete sustainably and profitably. If you’re excited by large-scale problem solving, cross-functional working, and delivering meaningful change, this is the team for you.
More about the role
Working as a Transformation Manager within our Operating Model team, you will be part of an agile team established to accelerate and drive Enterprise Operating Model transformation from strategy to execution. You will bring together the right people and expertise from across the business, guiding programmes from early ideation through to implementation. This includes shaping the approach, defining clear outcomes, establishing effective ways of working, and ensuring delivery at pace.
You’ll use an outcome-centric, hypothesis-led approach to problem solving, driving clarity in ambiguous situations and generating practical recommendations. The role involves leading complex programmes end-to-end—scoping, securing engagement and investment, coordinating trials, iterating based on insight, and embedding sustainable change. You’ll also support governance processes, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and champion a transformation mindset across the organisation.
More about you
You bring a track record of working on complex change programmes and influencing stakeholders across multiple business areas. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, using data and insight to frame problems, explore hypotheses, and guide business decisions. Your communication skills enable you to develop clear narratives, present structured recommendations, and bring teams along on a journey of change.
You are naturally collaborative, well‑organised, and able to create high-performing working environments that support delivery at pace. You model curiosity, connected thinking, and positive leadership behaviours—including our valued behaviours of owning your work, improving things for customers, and showing care and respect in all interactions.
Essential criteria
- Evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration on large-scale programmes or projects, including third-party and offshore managed services.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes and impact, such as significant financial gains or strategic advancements.
- Experience shaping and implementing major change projects or programmes from initiation through to delivery and embedment
- Demonstrated capacity to utilise data, insights, and external perspectives to inform decisions and guide programme direction.
- Ability to establish effective programme ways of working that support rapid, high-quality delivery across multiple teams
