What you'll do
As the Head of GM Operations at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Operations Support team within the Logistics & Fulfilment division, working closely with the GM / Argos Logistics leadership team to drive operational excellence and create an environment for success. Your responsibilities will include managing and inspiring a cross-functional team, ensuring compliance with operational standards, collaborating with partners to enhance service delivery, and overseeing strategic governance initiatives to drive continuous improvement and project coordination. Additionally, you will be accountable for fostering collaboration, building relationships, driving efficiency improvements, managing risks, and ultimately ensuring the success of the GM / Argos Logistics and Fulfilment team through strategic thinking, leadership, and operational expertise.
