At Argos, we’re a digital‑led British retailer moving at pace – reshaping how customers shop and how work gets done. Our People team sits at the heart of that transformation.
The Argos People function is a commercially‑minded, high‑impact team partnering leaders to deliver growth, build capability and create a high‑performance culture. We work on the things that matter most – from organisation design and talent to culture, reward and transformation – balancing pace with care, and outcomes with colleague experience.
We’re looking for People professionals who want to help shape the future of Argos, and who are comfortable working with ambiguity in a constantly changing landscape. This is an environment where priorities shift, problems aren’t always fully defined, and impact comes from judgement, influence and action – not just process.
This is a place where you’ll have real accountability, a clear voice, and the opportunity to influence how a major retail business evolves.
If you thrive in complexity, enjoy solving real business problems and want to play an active role in building what comes next, Argos People is the place to build your career.
