What you'll do

As an Artworker at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role within our integrated in-house creative team by producing high-quality, accurate, and brand-aligned artwork across various platforms including print, digital, social, retail, CRM, OOH, and integrated campaigns. Your responsibilities will include rolling out creative concepts into full suites of assets, ensuring brand consistency across Sainsbury's, Tu, Argos, and Habitat, adapting and resizing artwork for different platforms with precision, preparing artwork for final delivery while meeting technical specifications, and utilising Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma proficiently. Additionally, you will leverage the latest AI tools and workflows for asset resizing, adaptation, clean-up, and production efficiency, while staying updated on emerging tools and technologies in the field.

Who you are

As an Artworker at Sainsbury's, you are a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of artwork processes and a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Your ability to produce high-quality and brand-aligned artwork across various platforms and formats, while ensuring consistency and precision, showcases your commitment to delivering best-in-class creative solutions. In a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating your organisational skills and adaptability in producing accurate and efficient artwork for Sainsbury's, Tu, Argos, and Habitat.

Essential criteria

Proven experience producing accurate, high‑quality artwork across print, digital, social, retail, CRM, OOH and integrated campaigns. 

Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, plus working knowledge of Figma. 

Experience adapting and resizing artwork for multiple formats and channels with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. 

Experienced in artwork processes, production requirements and technical specifications for final asset delivery. 

Experience delivering optimised digital and social assets, with an understanding of platform formats, behaviours and evolving best practice.
