This role can be based from any SSCs (Store Support Centres - Head Offices - London/Coventry/Manchester).

What you'll do
Leading the Format Delivery team, you will be responsible for translating our strategic goals into physical manifestations in-store. Your role will involve project managing the production of store-specific design packs, overseeing relationships with contractors, driving high performance within your team, and ensuring that all store investments adhere to design principles and legal requirements. You will play a key role in continuous improvement, seeking feedback to enhance delivery processes, and acting as the gatekeeper for approved design standards, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer experiences in our stores.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in retail delivery and project management. You’ll have the proven ability to drive high team performance, develop strong relationships with contractors, and ensure right first-time delivery of projects. With your expertise in managing cross-functional relationships and applying brand guidelines in retail environments, you play a crucial role in transforming buildings into customer-centric stores.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience leading retail delivery or store planning activities, working cross functionally and driving change through influencing others.
- Proven project management experience.
- Evidence of leading and developing teams, driving performance.
- Proven ability of managing and overseeing contractor/supplier/third party relationships.
- Ability to travel across the UK in line with business needs.
