You’ll be responsible for handling digital and telephone incident reports, reviewing submissions for accuracy and ensuring reportable incidents are managed in line with legal obligations, including RIDDOR reporting.
Day to day, you’ll work across both safety and licensing workstreams, managing enforcement contacts, regulatory queries and licence applications and renewals. This includes supporting activities such as personal licence applications, licensing variations, permits and registrations, while working closely with the Safety & Licensing Manager and wider teams to progress incidents and queries to resolution.
