And here, you can see the impact of your work as soon as you walk into a store, giving you a real sense of purpose and responsibility. Better still, the team around you will listen to your ideas and opinions, and you’ll have every chance to try something new. The scale and complexity of our business mean there’s always something new to learn, and we’ll support you every step of the way. We’re trusted to get on with it. So get ready to make things happen.

Location

This is a hybrid role with a base location in either London or Edinburgh. The team typically comes together in the office for 1-2 days per week, mostly on Wednesdays.

Why join us

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join our Financial Services Business and support the next phase of our White Label customer acquisition activity. You’ll be part of a small, agile marketing team working across digital and traditional channels, partnering closely with third parties, Nectar and wider Sainsbury’s teams to continually develop, grow and innovate our customer marketing approach.

This is an opportunity to contribute to work that helps customers understand and engage with the management and delivery of marketing plans and activities for our Sainsbury's Money products, while bringing together customer insight, commercial thinking, governance, and channel planning to deliver campaigns that are clear, compliant, and effective.

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll support the planning, management and delivery of marketing plans and activities for Sainsbury's Money products. Day-to-day, this could include coordinating campaign activity, supporting paid media planning across Google and Meta, managing stakeholder input, tracking approvals and sign-offs, monitoring competitors, and helping turn customer and product insights into actionable marketing plans.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team and a range of internal and external partners to support the execution of multi-channel, multi-product content.

Who you are

You’ll bring practical marketing campaign experience with the ability to work across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable translating product propositions, customer journeys and promotional requirements into clear guidance for cross-functional teams, while keeping customer outcomes and regulatory considerations front of mind.

You’ll be organised, curious and adaptable, with the confidence to manage competing priorities, use data-led insight to evaluate activity and identify opportunities to simplify or improve ways of working. You’ll demonstrate Sainsbury’s valued behaviours by owning your work, doing what you say you’ll do, staying open to feedback and building trusted relationships with colleagues, partners and customers.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience delivering digital marketing campaigns within financial services

  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google and Meta

  • Evidence of coordinating multi-channel or multi-product campaign delivery, including planning, creative briefs, approvals, sign-offs, and outcome reporting

  • Proven ability to manage matrix stakeholder relationships across product or commercial teams, channel experts, agencies and external partners

  • Practical experience using campaign performance or analytical platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, to evaluate activity and recommend optimisation
