The Programme

At Finance FastStart, you’ll embark on a fascinating journey with us that gives you real-world experience across our various finance teams. This includes but not limited to Commercial, Corporate, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations and Reporting & Analytics. We’re not just about numbers; we’re about nurturing potential. You will be supported and mentored by our colleagues across the teams, so you can develop a well-rounded skill set and benefit from diverse experiences. Not only that, you’ll gain an industry-recognised accountancy qualification too.

The Rotations

As part of the Finance FastStart graduate programme you will rotate roles every year, completing three one-year placements with the potential to gain experience across a range of these areas in finance:

Commercial Finance

Corporate Finance

Tax

Treasury

Financial Planning & Analysis

Investor Relations

Reporting and Analytics
