What I need to do

  • Meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining a high standard of styling multiple sets in studio or on location.
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a very fast paced, highly pressured environment.
  • Able to understand briefs and collaborate with art directors.
  • Ensure sets and styling props area are well maintained and tidy throughout the shoot day
  • To support the stylists & senior stylist on campaigns and location shoots

How I will succeed

  • Possess an excellent work ethic with a positive and professional manner, a team member who brings creative thinking to their work.
  • A strong eye for detail and good styling sense alongside a commercial awareness.
  • Have strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and be proactive.
  • To be an avid follower of interior trends ability to interpret a brief while styling to brand guidelines.

What I need to know 

  • Previous experienced in a creative and commercial studio environment or on location.
  • Experience styling interiors and still life shoots for photographic or video.
  • understanding of textures and colours and how to effectively use and source props.
  • A good understanding of the retail landscape, commerce trends, Brands and competitors.
  • Portfolio of work to be able to showcase ability to style at a high standard.
  • Ability to work in a team and resourceful enough to work alone.
  • Proactive and decisive.
  • Articulate and able to express ideas and opinions.
  • Enjoys a challenge. 
  • Desire to develop and learn.
