As the Studio Planning & Production Manager, you will lead a team of creative shoot producers and production executives, driving the delivery of first-class studio creative production output. What you'll do 


As the Sainsbury's Studio Planning & Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of high-caliber creative shoot producers and production executives. Your main objective is to ensure the delivery of first-class studio creative production output for Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar. Acting as a key communicator between the Zest agency team and the Zest production studios, you will establish and maintain clear and fluid communication, building transparent and collaborative relationships. Your role will involve overseeing the organisation of in-bound production traffic, maintaining both creative and operational excellence throughout the production process. With your strong industry knowledge, you will provide creative judgement and support the team in defining and exceeding creative, brand, and customer objectives. Additionally, you will proactively handle capacity and resource forecasting, planning, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring the studios are equipped to meet and exceed production delivery expectations and excellence. Your success in this role will be demonstrated through effective communication, team leadership and development, creative production excellence, efficient production planning and organisation, and the ability to establish collaborative and trusted relationships with stakeholders. 
 
Who you are 


As a Studio Planning & Production Manager, you are a highly experienced and organised professional with a passion for delivering exceptional brand content production. With your strong industry knowledge in creative and production, you possess excellent creative judgement and a keen eye for detail, supporting your team in defining and achieving creative excellence. Your ability to manage complex shoot schedules, prioritise workload, and foster open communication between agency and production teams ensures seamless delivery of projects and efficient utilisation of resources. With your adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, you effectively handle challenges and make informed decisions to drive the success of creative productions. Your ability to build collaborative relationships, nurture talent, and continuously seek new industry trends and innovations makes you a valuable leader in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

There are three core components to Zest's interview process with one of those stages comprising of an Assessment Centre.

The dates the Assessment Centre will be taking place on are the 6th, 13th, 15th & 18th March.
