Forhad has been with Sainsbury’s for two years and has worked on a range of departments. He’s been in retail for 10 years and loves the customer interaction.
My Story
“I work in the Entertainment section of the store. I’m really into gaming myself so getting to see the product first hand is the best feeling. It’s great becoming an expert in an area and then being able to pass that knowledge onto your customers.
“My manager is down to earth and really friendly and looks out for me. When there’s deadlines to hit people always pitch in together to help and that’s what makes it such a great environment to work in.
“In the future I’d like to look for different roles in different areas of the store as I like to expand my knowledge and interact with customers in different settings. I know I’ll be supported to do that and that’s important to me.”
