“I love the responsibility of managing my own range, setting the strategy and launching new products into the market. It’s incredibly rewarding when customers respond positively, particularly in an area like Free- From, knowing you’ve made a difference.

“In my product area I get to work with a lot of smaller suppliers, and one of my favourite things is bringing them on board and supporting them in growing their business.

“There’s people here that I look up to and I trust that they are making the right decisions for our customers. It gives me direction and confidence in my own role. Everyone I work with is incredibly hard working and passionate but we are all encouraged to have a life outside of work – being able to have that balance is key.”
