How many FastStart positions are you recruiting for?

We are recruiting for 8 positions this year.

What sort of experience are you looking for?

We are looking for people who are passionate about starting a career in finance. Industry experience is not required. The aim of the programme is that you are going to learn a lot of skills, it’s the attitude to learning that is important and how you work within a team.

Skills that we value are; communication and building strong relationships, accuracy and attention to detail, and strong presentation skills.

Is this programme just for graduates?

This programme is open to graduates of a Finance-related degree.

How long is the programme for?

It is for 3 years.

When do applications close?

Applications for the programme are now closed.

Do you sponsor visas?

Unfortunately, this programme doesn’t offer visa sponsorship; you will need a right to work in the UK already, which does not have an expiry date.

Do you work remotely, or hybrid?

We have a hybrid way of working and expect our teams to be in the office for community and collaboration, and as part of the programme, we provide in-person training.

Do you offer relocation costs in the UK?

We do not offer relocation costs for this programme.

Which office could I be located in?

We have Finance teams in our London (Holborn) and Coventry (Ansty) offices, so you could be located in either of those. We will discuss your preference during the recruitment process.

Does everyone get invited to complete the assessment after application?

Yes, once your application is submitted, you will be invited to the test within five days.

Can I retake the online assessment?

In exceptional circumstances, we will look at your circumstances. The guidance is provided in the email you will receive, and we assess this on a case-by-case basis.

How are rotations chosen?

Rotations will be chosen by a combination of preferences, skills and business need. We will guarantee that by the end of the programme you will have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different areas, and will be a well-rounded finance professional.
